We design and manufacture new mattresses and mattress covers for indoor and outdoor use. For the interior, we use durable, soft-to-the-touch fabrics with an anti-stain treatment. For the exterior, we use woven nautical leather or Glasgow linen. Both fabrics have a textured front and a polyester backing, making them resistant to direct and indirect moisture and water. These fabrics are UV-resistant (they don't heat up in the sun) and have an anti-fungal treatment. All covers have a reinforced closure.

With this information, we calculate the quote, and if you agree, we ask for a 50% down payment and send you the fabric and color options so you can choose. From order confirmation, the manufacturing time is approximately 20 business days, but if they are ready sooner, we will send them to you so you can start enjoying them.
